Subscription terms

Price and renewal

The subscription costs $12 USD / month and renews monthly until canceled. Review the amount and billing details in Stripe Checkout before paying. Coding-model usage is separate: you supply your provider key and pay your provider directly, with no Wirefold markup.

The subscription enables new desktop Runs and explicit Resume. It does not include coding-provider credits, hosted repository execution, Jev inference or a wallet. Payment and restored access never start or resume work automatically.

Seven-day trial

New subscribers can receive one seven-day trial per account. No card is required. The trial waives Wirefold’s subscription fee; your coding-provider charges still apply.

Without a payment method, the trial subscription cancels automatically at expiry. If you add a payment method in the billing portal, recurring $12 USD monthly billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. A later subscription does not repeat the trial.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time through account and billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and confirmed paid access continues until then. There is no cancellation fee or automatic prorated refund.

Contact us to request a refund. We review requests individually, subject to applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. A confirmed refund, including a partial refund, or a disputed payment suspends new Runs and Resume. Your existing local work is preserved. A refund or dispute does not itself cancel future billing; contact support or cancel through the portal.

Access and service outages

Confirmed paid access lasts through the paid period. Failed renewals and payments requiring additional authentication do not add unpaid access. Unpaid or paused subscriptions cannot start or resume coding work.

Previously confirmed eligibility may remain usable for up to 24 hours during an outage, never beyond the paid period, trial end or account session. Confirmed ineligibility ends that access sooner. Restarting Wirefold requires online confirmation. Remote model calls still require connectivity to your provider; this is not offline AI.

Subscription expiry safely pauses execution. Existing work, Stop, recovery inspection, Review, explicit Apply and discard remain available without a subscription or network access, subject to the normal local safety checks.

Account deletion and billing records

You can delete your account from your account settings after recent sign-in and explicit confirmation. Account deletion ends your subscription immediately, including remaining paid access, without an automatic refund. We expire unfinished checkout sessions and confirm recurring billing cancellation before deleting your hosted login. If billing is unresolved, your account stays available for retry or support through contact@wirefold.app. We retain required billing records for support, recovery and legal obligations. Account deletion does not delete local project files or sandboxes.

Completed webhook routing receipts are retained for 90 days; unresolved records remain available for recovery. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms. See our privacy policy for account and project-data practices.
